Gain Meaningful, Hands-On Experience

We offer an eight-week, paid summer internship to graduate students pursuing degrees in Computer Science, Engineering, or Applied Mathematics. As part of the program, you will work directly on Client projects and internal Research and Development efforts. During the program, you will be faced with real-world challenges in a variety of fields, including:

  • Space mission design,
  • Trajectory optimization,
  • Monte Carlo simulation,
  • Big-Data analytics, and
  • Unmanned systems.

Our goal is to make your eight weeks at Nabla Zero Labs a meaningful, interesting, educational, and fun experience. We want you to gain valuable industry knowledge, experience the working environment of a startup, and enjoy sunny Southern California while you do it!

The program is open to U.S. Citizens and Legal Permanent Residents with a strong academic record who are pursuing a Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a closely related field.

You must have full-time availability (40 hours per week) for eight weeks during the summer, and relocate for the duration of your internship to Pasadena, CA, or the immediate vicinity. Please note that, while we provide a stipend, we cannot provide housing or travel allowances. All travel and living arrangements are strictly your responsibility.
